RUMBLE ROBOT SAFETY MOUNT

PRECISION DBS carries the complete line of Rumble Robot Safety Mounts. The safety mounts are designed to prevent expensive damage and downtime caused when a robot end efector (tool) strikes a work piece or other obstruction. The safety mount incorporates a built in switch that shuts down the robot if the welding gun or tool has a 1/8" (3mm) deflection. This prevents damage to the robot, work piece, and fixture. The safety mounts attach directly to all popular robots by means of an insulated wrist flange adapter.
